It was a pleaure renting from EspacioBa. Kiki y Claudio nicely accommodated our arrivals as we arrived from several locations and on different days. The description of the apartment and location is accurate.

EspacioBA gave us an outstanding service. Superb location, good quality. Kiki and Claudio made us feel very at home and organization was great. The apartment was very spacious and well quipped.
The apartment in the heart of palermo was the best thing me and my friend did in our trip for 1 week we had this amazing apartment. The kitchen was great for cooking. We also spend a lot of time in the pool and in the gym. Kiki -the apartment owner- helped us so much and we became good friends. We are highly recommend this and for Kiki thank you for all your help we will stay friends, I am sure about it!
Kiki was very helpful, giving me lots of tips to make my stay in San Telmo one to remember.

Kiki was a great host and the apartment was lovely – exactly as it was depicted in pictures! We had some travel problems getting to Buenos Aires, but once we got there Claudio waited to let us in the apartment and we had a great time. They were both very responsive and helpful. Location in San Telmo is beautiful, and the list of restaurant/bar recommendations provided were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We felt very welcomed. The comunication was very easy. Kiki responded very quickly. The apartement is cozy and perfect located. The neighborhood RECOLETA is very nice and quiet. 100% Recommendation!
If you are looking for an excellent location in San Telmo, this apartment is in a historic building with a lot of charm and history, steps from the Plaza Dorrego, great restaurants and shops. I recommend EspacioBa. They will do everything they can to help you out.
I had such a great stay here. I would certainly recommend staying here. Kiki and Claudio were brilliant hosts and always answered my question straight away. The apartment is perfect and clean. Highly worth a stay!!!
El departamento se encontraba en buenas condiciones, tal cual se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación muy buena con fácil acceso a diversos medios de transporte. Me sentí muy cómoda, como si hubiese llegado a la casa de algún amigo.
We just love BA. We have stayed at 2 of Kiki´s apartments and there were both in brilliant condition. Recoleta apartment is big, stylish and there is a lot of light. The house is located perfectly in a very nice and safe neighbourhood. Kiki made us again to feel very welcome and gave lots a time and effort to help us. Highly recommend!
The place was amazing and Kiki and Claudio were really helpful. The balcony has a great view of the entire city and everything was provided– sheets, towels etc. Highly recommended!
