The appartment itself
This is ideal for 2 people, the apartment is near subway access and surrounded by many lines of public transport. This is an studio, small, no thrills, no luxuries but cozy and it got everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
I installed in the apartment an air conditioner which operates as a heater as well.
There is a small equipped kitchen with everything you may need to prepare your daily survival food, no Masterchef TV programmes though 🙂
There is a double size bed. Linen and towels are included. The apartment is serviced by broadband internet. In the same building there is other apartment being offered by me.
The neighborhood
Cozy studio in the heart of Recoleta. Ideal for setting up base. Location! Location! Location. The area is ideal cause though being Recoleta its very central as well, walking distance to Santa Fe Avenue, please visit the Ateneo book store even if you are not intending to buy books. Let´s go on, walking distance to Pueyrredón Avenue, Callao Avenue and Las Heras.
You are walking distance to the Cemetery of REcoleta, guided tours by Municipality of Buenos Aires are offered free of charge in many languages, or if you would like to take other tours at a fee I know about the best tourist guides on earth!! Just let me know.
